Service as It Should Be
Jackson and Mae Blooms is a local micro flower farm. Our inventory will always be small to ensure the highest quality blooms for our customers. Please be aware weather can play a role in our ability to delivery certain blooms. In the event of heavy rain, heat wave, or any other unexpected weather, we will give customers the option to delay their bouquet delivery or modify their bouquet based on available blooms.

Corm and Tuber shipping will begin after the buyer's last frost date! Warm Zones will begin shipping as early as March. Fall planted corms will ship according to buyer's zone.

What You Need to Know
Bouquets - Home delivery is for orders over $75. We deliver within 25 miles of 78006 (Boerne) for $25 for all other orders. We are currently working to network with local businesses for local pickups. Stay tuned for more updates!

Tubers, Corms, Cuttings - These items will ship USPS flat rate packed with shavings and a warm pack if the buyer has opted for this add-on. Free shipping over $100! Shipping will begin after buyer's last frost date or if buyer has specifically requested an earlier ship date. Please be aware early shipping does lead to a risk of your tubers/corms freezing!
Our Return Policy
Everything You Need to Know
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Please reach out to us directly for a replacement bouquet if necessary! We do not offer returns due to the nature of bouquets.

Tubers/corms/cuttings lost in transit or damaged will be replaced or refunded along with a USPS claim created. Please be aware Tubers/Corms cannot be replaced if buyer has requested an early ship date. Adding a warmer may reduce risk of freezing but it is best to wait until last frost has passed.

About Our Policy
All of our bouquets should last a minimum of (5) days. Garden Roses have the shortest vase life - please be sure to read our care card for your specific type of bouquet! Remember, flowers prefer cool temperatures with direct sunlight for the best vase life.
